Return Policy

We strive to ensure that every Oliver’s product reaches you in perfect condition.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the product and invoice.

Return & Replacement Conditions:
– Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong items.
– Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
– Refunds or replacements are initiated once we verify the issue.

Please note that fragrance products and gift sets cannot be returned for reasons of personal preference.
